Ayumi and Yoshiki were having a terrible fight, when Yoshiki is caught in an unfortunate accident and gets severely injured. He falls into a coma where, in his own mind, he's trapped back in heavenly host, with Yuki as the new Sachiko. He must find a way out, for if he dies in heavenly host, he dies in real life.
Back in the real world, Ayumi must find a way to get Yoshiki back. With the help of Miki, Yoshiki's younger sister, they travel back to the place where it all started.
Will Yoshiki make it out alive? Will Ayumi's feelings for him change? Can Yoshiki keep his sanity though Yuki's torturing?
