It's the weekend before Phineas and Ferb start their sophomore year, and they get word of two step-sisters moving in next-door. The next day, they get another new neighbor, who moves in next door next to Isabella. Phineas and Ferb meet all three of them as they try to help their new friends get acquainted around Danville.
One day, Ferb develops a crush on one of the step-sisters next-door, and he's afraid she won't like him. Meanwhile, the boy next-door to Isabella develops feelings for the other step-sister, feeling she won't like him back.
All is going fine and dandy till one day when Dr. Doofenshmirtz's inators goes off randomly, and one thing falls after another. What exactly will happen? Follow the gang and their new friends in a day-to-day account of their sophomore year!
