Angelica Rosalie Rooney is Parker's twin sister. Who just happens to be older by 3 minutes. She is very close with her brother and wouldn't trade him for the world. They have three older siblings. Liv and Maddie who are also twins but they are identical and both girls. While Parker is a boy and they are fraternal twins.
