Have you ever been so confused in life that at some point, nothing made sense? And suddenly got a thought that hits the nail on your head. These thoughts aren't the regular thoughts, I call 'em the Super Thoughts; basically, their meaning are equivalent to that of an entire book.
I have written 'em in the different parts of my life so that I didn't had to force myself.
For few thoughts, I have mentioned an explanation; so that the reader would have a crystal clear idea on what it is and how one could apply to his/her life.
