The past, the present and the future. There is a boundary between the three of them so the time lines don't crashed into each other. 

Nanase riku, a young idol got kidnapped on 6 December 2012. For a week, no one knows where he is till 2 weeks after. Riku found dead, drowning in the Lake. 

But a time distortion sudden happened, on 20 november 2012, riku got a call from the future iori on 20 December 2012. 

"Hear me out, nanase-san. I am here to stop the future from killing you"
