In his world 80% of the population have superpowers or "quirks", the other 20% not important nothing special about them, well unfortunately for Izuku he's on the not important side. What happens when that plain normal kid wants to be something not so normal.

From Vigilante to Hero (Vigilante Izuku Fanfic) (Discontinue & being rewritten)
Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. His mother and the quirk doctor were the only ones who knew this besides Izuku. Not only that but because none of his quirks would activate until later he couldn't prove to have one thus he was labeled as quirkless by his peers and school. Understanding the danger of having multiple quirks Izuku just pretends to be quirkless but trains hard taking up dance, martial arts, and gymnastics training his body for when he awakens his quirks. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.Concluida

In a world where what quirk you were given at birth dictates your life forever, Izuku was part of the rare 20% to not be born with one at all, dubbed with the title of "quirkless". All he needed to do was work harder than everybody else, and he could be just as good, if not better. Izuku was confident, excited, and hardly put down by his condition after his mother made her support known, and vowed to become the world's greatest hero, even without a quirk! This would only be the start of his never ending journey of anger, as he would someday come to realize, and as you will to. This is his story of near eternal despair. He alone weak in a world and even All Might didn't support his dream, he was left with nothing but anger. The anger is not for anyone but himself. He blamed himself but he knew he couldn't control what he was given. Now when he was on his last breaths something changed. Within the limits of the world he was given a quir- no a power. One that can surpass his limits, one that can make him go beyond and one that can even overpower gods.
