Y/n Diaz, the new rookie re-write!!! i'm going to change the ending to where she doesn't kill herself because after that, i wanted to write sooo bad and i couldn't think of anything to write. so here i am now. re-writing this!! it's going to be A LOT better! hope you enjoy!! ⚠️this story will have a lot of trigger warnings such as, self harm, eating disorders, purging and suicidal thoughts.⚠️ Y/n Diaz is 26 years old and decided she wanted to be a police officer. she struggles with her mental health after some bullying back in high school, they told her she was fat and should starve herself, so she did. but she continues starving herself as she still thinks she's too fat. why is she like this? why does she hate herself?

Anorexia. Something nobody believes could ruin them until it's far too late. Ivy is infected with the thoughts of anorexia. This is her story as she gradually loses herself to her mind. This story is meant to remind people of the reality of anorexia, it is a glorified disorder that is truly horrific and it takes the life of many people every year. Rita becomes strict with her eating, everyday the number of calories she eats gets lower and the amount of time she does cardio gets higher. She practices of managing her starvation by distracting it and never catches a break on the scale. Nobody is aware of it, it was something Rita doesn't want her friends or family to know, hiding her body from them didn't last long. Her mother noticed the dramatic weight change on her body. She tries to help her get back to her eating and tells her many times that she's "perfectly skinny" but nothing works. Her mother puts her foot down as Rita started to get ill, her mom takes her to a mental health hospital. She deals with consequences from her nurses and other patients.Complete

It's like being alone 24/7 yet it's never quiet inside of your head. You can't stop the voices. You can't control your emotions. As it gets worse, you lose control of your body all together. You become prey to your disease and You can't fight back. That is what it's like for someone who has spent years of their life suffering in silence from an eating disorder.
