This story follows an Aetherborn rouge as they join one of Ghonti's heists. The heist doesn't go as planned and the Aetherborn and a Valdalken engineer are forced to work together to survive the revolution. This story is based on the Magic the Gathering storyline so I did use aspects of the original story while adding some twists.

Now something has happened. The power dynamic has shifted. Starlight has returned to Ellalael, carried within crystalline amulets and lending the power of the elemental Ithran to their unusual bearers: humans. Rylan and Lona are out for a morning run when they suddenly find themselves somewhere that is definitely not Earth.
