Hisashi is the king and wants his son to marry and pretty much as soon as he is born. Unlike most royal blood, Izuku is born without a quirk. His father trains him to become the best husband he can be, this includes swordplay and other ways of fighting. Having some royal blood in their line they have quirks and he also is trained with it.
