After looking into her brown eyes, Caius knew that this child was as good as his own and took her into his heart and home, with his wife Athenodora helping raise her in the tower.

Deaf and with heart problems, Andromeda is turned at the age of sixteen after an almost fatal heart attack. Later on that year, she finds out that she has family.

Coming to Forks to visit her biological father, Charlie Swan, Andromeda must face the new challenges of immortality, which may or may not include a shifter mate who has a crush on her newly found twin sister Isabella.
