His school just viewed him as a problem child with a crazy imagination. But, the whole strange stuff went overboard when a giant snake decided to eat his car. Then the chariot. (When I am writing this I have only read the first series, so don't hate on me for not using characters from newer books. I am working on getting those to read soon, but for now, sit tight and maybe in the future a character or two might make a brief appearance. Unfortunately I have spoiled myself to several details about the HOO series, which is why there are some details that line up and some that don't.) Some chapters are narrated by different characters (symbols will be provided), there are mild abusive moments, it doesn't immediately dive into arriving at Camp Half-Blood nor knowing the main character's name, and this story takes place a month after The Titans Curse (so Percy, Annabeth, and Grover won't be included in "this" story). This is my first story, so I hope y'all like it. This story is dedicated to my high school teachers (for the sake of their privacy, I won't give their names). It was thanks to them I found my passion for writing and came up with the idea to post my stories. I can't spot every continuity error, so please point them out if noticed. Comment on any typos you see please. It starts out rough in my opinion but I think it gets better. First 13 chapters done and published. Working on the next set, which will be the last. There are continuity issues that I'm working on. I wrote this story for myself originally, so I wasn't worried about making it perfect. I just wanted a story like this I could read every now and then since I can't find any like it. I've reworked it a LOT to get it somewhat readable lol, but there's still stuff that doesn't match up. Percy is in a different universe. He has a job, and his life is somewhat stable. Then everything goes to shit after he tries to ask Artemis Crock for her number at school.
