Life in the future is easy. Well... Unless you accidentally join an anti-government organization with no visible way out.

In the future, every region is governed by a Committee. They ensure everyone can have a family, a home, and a decent education. Raegan is no exception.

But when a secret organization hell-bent on eliminating the government accidentally recruits her into their ranks, she is forced to throw every aspect of her old life out the window.
With new allies - and enemies- , Raegan has to survive however possible in this new world of treachery and warfare.

The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up. Scott, Sed, Andy are her childhood friends all the way with her in this. Almost all the way. They didn't expect her to change or to come back at all and they are having a HARD time adjusting to the new Maya. She's dangerous, she's hot and she knows it. She has done a lot in the past two years that will catch up to her and stuff after that which refuses to stay hidden. Controlling CEOs, sensitive boyfriend, an obssessed boss is just the tip of the iceberg. And I'm not even touching the problems at her school. Will all this unwanted attention put her in trouble? Everyone avoids him at all costs, except his friends that always end up popping out of nowhere. He's on the football and baseball team, but his teammates don't talk to him. His friends are on the teams with him and they are the only ones that have manage to speak with him and hold a full conversation. That all changes when he meets a beautiful girl by accident. Like literally, he was driving by a random house and boom, something hits his car. It was like love at first sight when he saw her, but fate always has a way to make you be with them longer then necessary. °\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\°\ The first 10 chapters are really bad, but it gets better after.
