Selene was the daughter of the Beta of the GoldMoon pack. Though she was thought to be next in line for the Beta position her mysterious half brother appeared the night before her 18th birthday and claimed the position of next Beta of the GoldMoon pack. She was shunned by him and the rest of the pack but she knew the Moon Goddess had to have bigger plans for her, right?
