Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. So I wrote my pain in poems, it did help but having to think my friends or Family would never understand. I was wrong. Mental health matters. Volume. IComplete
Too Many Maybe's
I used to think there'd be no living without you. Then, you walked away. Like it was the easiest thing in the world. We finally stopped making sense to you. So, you left. Why wouldn't you. It didn't matter that it still made sense to me. That I still held on to all those what ifs and unanswered questions of us. Still hoped for things to work out somehow. Still needed things to work out. Needed it like food and water. This story might not make much sense to you, reader. It was written for him. And in many ways for myself. The second entry of my first love
After a brutal heartbreak leaves Thea bitter and disillusioned, a once-hopeful romantic becomes a master of tearing down others' faith in love . Until the person who shattered her heart reappears, forcing her to confront her own pain and question whether love was ever truly a lie? Can she ever be able to believe it again? On the second entry of her first love?
Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING...
