What if Varian was never locked in prison. What if instead, the king thought a better punishment for him was to tag along with Rapunzel and the gang following the black rocks. Will he be redeemed or will it send him deeper into villainy? Well you're about to find out. 

This Second Chance is all he has to make things right again. 


This will follow most of the storyline for season 2 and maybe season 3 of Tangled: The Series.

I didn't make the cover. It is a screenshot from a Tangled episode. Imagine if Eugene just had to protect Rapunzel. Imagine if the splitting of the moonstone happened the night king Edmund tried to destroy the moonstone. Imagine if the sundrop and moonstone chose there host.

This takes place in the beginning of season three, when raps gets back. Varian has been trying to heal, forgive himself and deal with the town hating him. He tries so hard to help, to be a better person but people only see the monster that tired to hurt their Princess. Raps gives him the job of deciphering the Demanatis scroll. What happens to Varian when he learns more about the moonstone, and who it truly belongs to. Will the people fear him more, will he forgive himself for what he has done, and most importantly, what dose Catalina think of him.
