It's the year 2074 and the world is a lot more advanced than it was 50 years ago.
But the culture of that era is still treasured by some people within the community.
A young college boy within this demographic notices some strange occurrences happening within the city and the police are doing nothing about it.
So while taking inspiration from an old New York superhero, he decided to look into this mystery himself.

But this mystery is a lot more than it seems.
