Encre is an artist and we could say that he is rather special. His actions don't give away who he is nor his thoughts. 
Fallacy is the Vampire King, he just wants the vampire hunters to stop the chasing of his kind.
Their destinies converge at one point, maybe they can ease the pain one another feels.
