The underground controls the entire world above them, or the above ground. They are the control panel for everything that happens. They are also the most feared. No one has actually ever seen the underground because it's blocked off for obvious reasons. Mortals have only ever heard of stories that talk about the underground and what they do. 

What happens when over time, there seems to be something messing with the system? Something is going wrong and there is speculation that is has something to do with the above ground. Who up there is trying to defy the connections between the under and above ground?
