Elaine Lawrence is a fourteen year old girl forced to the countryside to escape the Blitz in London. Quiet and out of place with the Pevensie siblings, she immediately meets the scrutiny of the second boy, Edmund, who's determined to turn his family against her at any given moment. The only Pevensie who seems to not bother her as much is the youngest, though she starts to notice how she reminds her of someone she used to know. When pulled into Narnia, Elaine becomes determined not to make the same mistakes of her past and joins the Pevensies in an attempt to keep the youngest one safe, and maybe bring back the person she lost if she can.

Isabell never knew who her birth parents were, and she never asked. She was content with the couple who adopted her. But their time together was cut short. By the age of 14, she was left orphaned. But she is proven wrong when her childhood friends arrive at the manor, and the youngest stumbles through a wardrobe in the spare room. Isabell soon finds out that the professor's stories were more than made up fantasies to help her sleep. And she in the Pevensies find more than they had hoped to in Narnia. Isabell learns more about herself and the blood that runs through her veins. Their lives will never be the same after entering the wardrobe. Everyone knows the story of the Pevansie Siblings, their adventure to Narnia, Edmund being enchanted by the witch, Mr Tumnus and of course Aslan. Something everyone forgets is their youngest sibling Sophie. She was just a baby when her siblings were evacuated so she had to stay at home with her mother. However when Edmund and Peter got into a fight at the train station she was 4 and was next to her siblings when they were called back to lead Narnia again. This time she's along for the ride.
