However, being a witch during the return of the Dark Lord and attempting to navigate her education alongside rising political tensions and magical dangers around every corner has Wendy realizing she may have bit off more than she can chew, especially once a secret she's tried her best to keep hidden gets out. 

It doesn't take long for her to lose sight of her original lighthearted goals and become caught up in the impending war... and feelings for someone that she didn't script.
