Sora Whitman is a half breed living in the forbidden forest. She lives there with her mother who resents her for what she is. Her mother didn't know that the man she slept with was actually Zeus the god of lightning. She found out that Sora was a halfling after she gave birth to her. All half breeds have a birthmark in the shape of Mount Olympus. But at the age of five their parents' symbol appears at the top of the birthmark. When the lightning bolt appeared on Sora her mom moved them into the forbidden forest. She didn't want her to be able to learn how to control her powers. So she hid her from the world, at least she tried. She was only successful for 16 years, because what she didn't know was that when a halfling turns 16 they are able to be tracked by their parent. So the day came when Sora's dad came to get her.
