A Defender's Weakness (Weakness I) [GXG]

The first installment of the Weakness Series. Take note that the story has nothing to do with the Universities itself and is just used for setting and location purposes. All things relating to or just so happened to happen in real life are purely coincidental, this story is made because of the author's wild and extremely explorative imagination.

Maxiene Alexandria Turencio is someone that will stop at nothing to get what she wants. Hindi na ito labag sa kalooban ng kanyang ama na isa sa mga kilalang abogado sa bansa. Being the youngest one among the three siblings, Maxiene grew up inside a rather strict and protected space.

Maxiene was taught to follow everything to be who she is today. That brought a liking to the eldest daughter of her father's best friend, Eveline Claire Salazar. Isa sa mga sikat na doktor sa bansa who graduated from the University of the Philippines.

The thing is, there's something about Maxiene that drove Eveline to her. It can be the thought that magaling si Maxiene defending something, or it can be the thought that Maxiene has this weakness that only the people close to her can see. And luckily for Eveline, she's one of them.
