The multiverse had become very connected letting all the beings who lived in each of them to travel with ease. They also have one extra universe where most of the different version live. Fell is one of them, he comes from Underfell one of the first few universes to be created. He's a bit of an asshole but other then that he's cool to hang out with. He's befriended many of the other sanses and papyruses and honestly things have been chill in the multiverse. Until one day when he woke up he looked entirely different but hey at least he's not the only one.
