He makes friends with seven other kids in the hospital with the same type of cancer. They become the best of friends and decide to fight their cancer together. Dr. Erret sends Hot shot to Cook Children's hospital to get an MRI. The MRI reveals that Hot shot has a brain tumor. Hot shot's tumor is biopsied and they do tests on the sample. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is very brave and ready to fight his cancer. Hot shot makes friends with four other children his age who have the same type of cancer. They become the best of friends and decide to fight their cancer together.
