This is a chapter from my new project. This is a science fiction/mystery/suspense story (I like to cover all my bases) about a world where everyone has psychic abilities. As a result, the police have never really had to do much. Now, there's a serial killer on the loose and no one can figure out how he's managing to hide. This is chapter 2, where the main character is introduced.
