The Demon In The Castle Dungeon

"Hey mister..." a little voice called. the voice sounded weak. I looked up from my shackles and saw a small child. a human. the side of her face was bloody, dripping like the collected rain on a leaf. in her hand was a chunk of dried day old bread. the girl stepped closer to the iron bars that separated us. "are you hungry?" such a stupid question. was I hungry? No. I didn't crave human food, therefore, I didn't have feelings of 'hungry'. "do you want the rest of my bread? I already had enough." the girl was no older then 3. she held out the bread. I only looked at her, analyzing her. her fingers were an unnatural color for humans. a purple color. I noticed the cloud come from her mouth. she was freezing. then that meant her injury was fresh. I rose to my feet, towering over her tiny body. I moved closer to her, grabbing the iron rods. I pulled, using to much energy to snap that on bar. I went back to my spot.
"come sit with me and warm up." I offered.
