Deborah, together with her troop was assigned to provide a medical and relief assistance to an isolated island of Capiz. where poor and uncivilized inhabitants create their living. it has been less that a decade since the government sent someone to check on the island's situation and to send some assistance to the people of the island. 

During the execution of the assignment, deborah and her friends experience something weird and acary. the encountered a man craving human flesh on that very island. man but more like zombie in appearance and actions. upon finding out about the situation on the island, deborah, as the commandant ordered to abandon the mission and go back to manila. 

only to find out that they've been trapped inside that island filled with zombies and they have no choice but to fight for their lives and find a way out from that place.
