Going Undercover As A Hero

Izuku Midoriya learned from the tender age of four that the world wasn't fair. That the world could be a cruel place filled with horrible people who all have their vicious desires. In a society where superpowers called Quirks have become commonplace, being diagnosed as Quirkless made Izuku a blight to society. Izuku was labeled as worthless, useless... nothing. People started seeing the young innocent green haired boy differently. His father abused him constantly then sold him to a group of villains before escaping overseas with the money. Under the control of the villains, Izuku was used as a test subject for new experiments. Years later Izuku was rescued but he was never the same again. He changed. Still driven by his desire to help people and save lives led him to becoming the greatest secret agent the military has ever known.
