Half a Heart

Jake feels lost. He decides that he needs to get fresh air and goes for a walk and take in all the sounds. He thinks that Willow, his best friend should at least know that he is alive and calls her. They talk and Willow realizes something is wrong and starts driving to his house. Just as Jake starts walking back, he closes his eyes and sees something. A boy.
He tells Willow about his vision and recognizes something that will change his life.

Jake had a soulmate.

What will happen? Will Jake ignore his soulmate or go on a long journey to find this person he barely knows? What happens when things try and stop them from meeting? Jake tries his hardest to make things work, but do they help at all?
