The world is plagued with an infection invisible to most of humanity. Infecteds - known to popular culture as vampires - have infiltrated our society without our knowledge. This must be corrected. Only the pure can live in the new world under the Shadows, and the Infecteds threaten our tranquility. I, Dr William Alastair, have been chosen to rid our world of its infection.
