Throughout her journey in the clinic she looses tough of reality not knowing what's real and what's fake due to the treatment methods, 
she meets the "great guy" himself and falls under his radar. 

She's different from other patients and he's intrigued, will she be able to go through the entire program without loosing sanity completely?
