Set one year after the Megamind movie and "Megamind and the Button of Doom", the ex-villain has become quite the sensation and loved by Metro City. Hal, also known as Titan/Tighten, had a drop of Metro Mans DNA left in him which could only be activated by anger. Triggered by Megamind proposing to Roxanne live on TV, Titan escapes prison and captures Megamind. Titan gives Roxanne one month to change her mind about the proposal or he will send Megamind to the morgue.
Can Roxanne and Metro City save their hero before it is too late?
