Zemira Reyes(Arose), the daughter of the Anopoly's leader, Derrick Reyes, and a knowledgeable munitions expert, leads the fragmented Archalian resistance under the name of Phoenix. A name is fitting of the 'Tribal Warrior' who was told the legendary Bird of Flame was with her as a guardian angel.
