You've always admired just how badass Pro Hero Silver was, it was amazing that she was such a successful hero that's saved people all over the world and yet wasn't well known. You knew her personally though. The first time you two met was at a cat cafe, you were studying with your pencil being gnawed by the corner of your mouth. She thought you looked as adorable as the kitten curled up in your lap and came over curiously where she ended up staying and tutored you. From that moment on you would always come to the same cafe, at the same time for study dates.
Theia Aizawa had come across you in her travels and as a pro hero see's talent. In secret, she recommends you to U.A. Academy where she will be teaching.
Note that this will not be a proper story line but moreso just a bunch of short stories as special events like xmas, first date, and other fun stories.

Part V: Aizawa Silver never had to come to terms with being quirkless, it was just a fact, one the people around her valued too much. She knew, deep down, that would always be the case. Only, Aizawa doesn't care. And Yamada doesn't care. And the ones in her class who know, they don't care. Hell, Bakugou knows, and it hasn't seemed to make a difference to him.
