Or the Philippine Union Navy. (My Version of the PH Navy) The Philippine Union Navy or UPN. Is responsible for patrolling and making sure that the PH Navies waters don't get disrespected or violated in any way. With a goal of becoming a "Neutral but Strategic Military power" in mind. The UP has not joined any Side in the tensions between the major and minor powers all across the globe. Meaning it hasn't joined the Azur Lane Alliance Nor the Crimson Axis Alliance So when War finally breaks out between the two sides. The Union of the Philippines has kept a pretty high alert on anyone and anything that's near their borders thats not a UPN Ship. And the UPN has a trick up its sleeves. It's has the most advanced technology of any of the Major Factions. Due to the Faction reverse-engineering Siren Technology. Like Missiles, Automatic Weapons and Experimental Lasers.
