The sequel to Izuku is a Therapist For Villains.

This time in the reform program. Izuku has to deal with the eleven members of the yakuza that his friends (both hero and villain) had to fight at one point in their lives.

Izuku becomes a therapist for each and every yakuza member of the Shie Hassaki. And they don't know exactly how to feel about the weird, overly nice therapist. And just like last time, they are treated to a sort of rehab facility in the middle of nowhere to try and reform them. If they fail the reform, they go back to jail.

And from the looks of it, they won't be as easy dealt with then the League of Villains.All Rights Reserved

Why else would he go through the most unconventional and grueling of training to recreate their quirks and skills so they would stay with him, at least in someway. Shigaraki was only a pawn that was used in this game of life and death, and when All for one was no more, he was the only piece left in play that needed to be taken out. Izuku had once tried persuasion but it was painfully obvious that that option had long since passed. He could've only tired to take in Shigaraki alive, but his emotions drove him to an end that not even he wanted. But now, Shigaraki was dead and everything was gone. At least what made Japan his home was gone. It was then end and it was time for the final act, the death of the main character in Izuku's case.
