I tear up just a little as he speaks, I don't know the last time I cried happy tears. I bring my hands up to cup his cheeks, resting my forehead against his. "No matter how much I push, I don't mean it. Please don't give up on me." My words seem to relieve him in some way as I feel his shoulders relax. "Even when I'm gone, I'll be by your side, forever." He brings his hand, sticking his pinky out. "pinky promise."I wrap mine around his, placing a kiss on his lips. Warning before you read!! This is my first book! I live with Henry Stine. He raised me. This is it. I don't know where else to look. I know my dad is not dead so I'll search for clues in his old studio. Little did I know that the tails Henry told me are true and that a demon does really lurk there. But will it be the demon who finds me or will it be a certain ink creature? Just stating now that this isn't one of those books that'll only last one chapter and never be continued. This book will be completed. This won't be one of those skip everything else and get to the main point books either. Love takes time to form and well as relationships do.
