In a town, whose name has long since been forgotten and abandoned, the snow falls black. No one alive have seen a summer and it's all thanks to the creature they all call Midwinter.
Henry dreams of seeing summer one day and when his mother gets arrested he decides not to just wait around any longer. Something has to be done.
But what does a group of teenagers have against a creature who freezes everything around her with a single breath?
