Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Sassy little Gremlin

With a quirk that was as villainous as his father Stain, this kids future was sealed the moment people see his quirk. Izuku Midoriya had a quirk he was proud of, one that resembled his fathers. In fact, Izuku could also control blood but the blood he controlled would transform in butterflies. Something he really found pretty.
