An Ominous Forest

When Lilia Martins and her best friend, Natalie Parker, go off to hang out by the corner store, things turn upside down when Natalie suggests they go the 'short cut'. When Natalie accidentally turns the wrong way, they are trapped in a cursed forest. In this story, Lilia's identity is taken by the burden of the forest, Natalie's family is threatened, a mystical flower is being prepared to turn their lives into pure terror, and at one point, the two girls are separated. What will Lilia do? Will she ever see her family again? Or worse, will she ever get out of the dreaded forest? (Front cover does not belong to me!)
