1500 years after King Arthur's death, a broken Merlin trying to escape the endless hallucinations of the return of his love buys tulips for Arthur and talks to him at the lake. One night, he sees a strange light coming from the lake, and he knows that Arthur has returned. As Arthur gets accustomed to the new world, he and Merlin finally explore their romantic feelings for each other.
