Reincarnation of a Worldbuilder

A story of a simple person who had the hobby of Worldbuilding who was reincarnated as a God. He explores his understanding of morality and who wishes to become with his new found power using his knowledge from his past life he will try to make his territory become a prosperous place and grow the number of followers he has.
