When Rosalie left, it was like hell had frozen over. And he was just living life day by day, going through the motions. And then she walked into the school cafeteria, and it was like coming up for air after drowning. Following in Edward and Bella's footsteps didn't seem too bad, so what the hell, right? OC/Em Pairing.
After a moment she finally broke the silence. "Do you miss her?" She asked, her eyes looking down at her feet shuffling in the snow.
"Every day," He said. Emmett watched a single tear fell from her eye, and my dead heart shattered. "But, not in the way you would think. I miss her as a person, as my best friend. Because that's what she was, for years she was my best friend and now she's gone and I guess I still haven't fully gotten over it. And, I'm sorry. I'm sorry I never told you about her, I didn't think she would have ever shown up again. I'm so fucking sorry, Ari."
"I know." She said, her voice cold and empty of any emotion.
