Was I ready for this? No. Not at all. My heart was literally about to explode. A weight had settled in my stomach as we raced through the forest. My vision began to blur a little, from the stress, and the pain, and the weight of the world crashing down on me. The only thing that kept me feeling okay was the fact that he was beside me, the feeling of his warm hand brushing against mine as we ran, the sound of his rhythmic and heavy breathes. He was the only thing that kept me going. ------------------------------------------------------ Morgan Snow had always known he was there. He cared about her, this mysterious archer that lived in the woods. Now, he is there to save her when she was in trouble. With the system that helped them run their city crumbling in front of her very eyes, things start to go downhill. Only the archer has information on this, and lots of secrets are hidden as well... All in that one boy...

He winced slightly at his sister's tone. "Not anymore, I think I've gone deaf," he muttered, rolling his eyes. He could see Archer talking to his mother, apparently he was popular with her friends too. Maybe it was the childlike nature that they admired, or his quick wits, he had many endearing traits. "I was saying, who's the human?" "Oh, that's my husband." The group around him went silent. "WHAT?" * * * Moloch has an offer. Archer has an attitude. Friendship is a beautiful thing, however both of them have something the other wants. Let's see how far this favour brings them.
