Synopsis

In the beginning, humans screwed up the world. Sure, they caused the extinction of 95% of the life across the globe, and they destroyed the perfect balance of the planet's climate. However, these things were just the tip of the iceberg of things humans did to ruin their world.

The final bit, the part which forced the higher powers to end the Earth was more complicated and more fundamental to the human condition. This is the story of the aftermath of the end of the Earth, and what happened next.

I'm a slow updater, but this story once I get a bit further is supposed to be a shared world, I designed it for a D&D campaign, then modified it, then gave up trying to run a D&D campaign in a Covid world. To regulate these dimensions and universes, high beings took control of containers called UniOrbs. The UniOrb could not do this on their own, so they contracted souls to become "Systems" that made sure souls were able to reincarnate, but not all souls were fortunate enough to do so. This is a tale of magic and romance in a fairly modern setting. Follow the second coming of age of our trans protagonist, Trillium, as she navigates coming into her own as a newly minted queer and witch. Come along on her as she faces trials and tribulations as her world is turned upside down one cliche at a time.
