Lissa Smith, born and raised in New York is an average teenager, but let’s be real, is there really such a thing? She's not popular like the cheerleaders at school, neither is she geeky like the nerds. When Lissa's parents go out for the weekend, she and her friends decide to throw a full on teen party.
Hardly remembering anything from the night before and trying to forget getting busted by her parents, she starts getting hearing message tones from her phone. Turns out she had created a fake account, naming herself Tessa Greyson, on some app called Neigh Chat. Who is this girl Tessa Greyson? Apparently she’s 17, blonde, and is from California. She scrolls down, intrigued by this illegal, drunk mistake and discovers a boy named Tristan Anderson has messaged her. She’s so surprised she reads the message and finds herself blushing, what surprises her even more is that she stays home the whole day, talking to him.
