Life has a funny way of flipping Charlie Hopper's life upside down; she just never anticipated it would happen again during her Senior year. A class project with a partner she didn't choose, maneuvering through this new obstacle in her life proves to be far more challenging than she imagined. Especially when the boy with the ocean blue eyes connects with her on a level they both never saw coming. Charlie only has so many experiences, but drifting off into the outskirts of mischief, fun, and love with Billy Hargrove was the last thing she'd ever thought would happen.
