*WARNING, NOT EDITED* Ashley was in her Senior year of High school. She is 17. She has had a wonderful high school experience and is ready to finish strong for her last year. What she didn't know was that her friend's boyfriend's friend would become very close to her. She would soon go through some things she had never experienced. She and her bestfriend, Mercedes, have been friends since they were little. She didnt really have any friends because of her skin color. Ashley's mom was African American and her father left when she was little. Her mother found someone who would treat her better. Ashley has 2 little siblings. A little brother and a little sister. She wasn't the richest out there but she was happy with what she had. She had 2 jobs so she could get out of the small town of Roseville. When she meets this guys, she didn't know how hard it was going to be. She didn't know she was going to be judged because of her class. She also didn't know her skin color mattered.

'I had guilt that ate me out from the inside and made me want to throw up. Guilt that started as a young child and continued to fester until I was doomed to break. I knew that one day I would shatter like glass. However guys could be throwing themselves at her because she is really one of the hottest girls at school, but her bookish tendencies and social low keep them away. And the fact that every guy who talks to her gets ignored. What she doesn't expect from the new year was the bad boy, Adrian Forsyth, persistently taking her attention away from her introverted life. Wait, she does know why. It was that stupid Chemistry class. She feels her carefully constructed life start to break as Adrian digs around her past, intent on finding out exactly what made her shut off from the world and herself for all of those years. Ashley has some deep secrets that she wants to stay hidden but piece by piece they make their way to the light. The question is what will happen when they all become revealed? It seems that while Adrian is searching for answers to the puzzle that is Ashley Summers he finds more than just her secrets. He could also find the key to her heart, a place where no person has truly seen before. When we watch Bones in my family because we also watched Numb3rs my dad likes to say "we all use bones everyday" because in Numb3rs the character Charlie says "we all use math everyday." She never really knew her father Seeley made sure of that. He was more of a father figure to herself and to their brother Jared. He's 10 years older than her while Jared is only 2 or 3. Currently that makes her 21. She and her brothers were really close but they haven't always seen eye to eye and as a teenager she had her rebellious moments like having a boyfriend that was older than her when she was about 15. When Seeley was away and she was never sure what Jared was doing she kind of fended for herself she became an actress/singer and now she's come back to do "research" for her next part and shadow her big brother at his job but really she just missed him. They haven't really seen each other since she was 15. Some of that was due to him serving some of it was because they drifted apart a little bit after her incident. When she saw Seeley again of course he was happy to see her but he saw a kid with her couldn't be older than 8. Whose kid is that? He askes her. She had a lot of explaining to do when she answered that she was hers.
