since I could find only one touhou project rp that's still active to any degree, decided why not make my own for it, a warning is that I'm rather new to touhou project compared to most touhou fans so don't expect me to know that much about it compared to others, even then I'll try to keep what I know of it as canon as I can, unless ya want me to do an au or have one of the characters be a specific dere type, you can use an oc or be one of the canon characters
