Isabella Winchester is an absolutely lethal witch coming from a large family of an ancient wizarding family born as a half blood, in a time for Panem when a such thing was illegal. Her father was placed in the muggle world to collect magical objects for the government bringing him to meet her mother. After being the spark that ignited a nation as well as fighting in the revolutionary war that ended the Hunger Games and freed Panem from the grips of the capitol allowing it's citizens the chance to interact with muggles for the first time in centuries. After the death of the star crossed love of her life, Peeta Mellark, Bella leaves Panem and decides to live with her father for a while, going on the occasional hunting trip with her cousin to support the 'family business.'
